Warranty Information

Every Arometrix system undergoes rigorous quality assurance testing before leaving our facility. We warranty our equipment for workmanship and function for a period of 1 year from purchase. Any sensor or display will be repaired and returned free of charge for any defects in workmanship or function, FOB Morganville, NJ. Any unit that becomes damaged (for example: oils contamination or physical damage) may be returned to Arometrix for repair at a time and materials rate. Any unit that becomes damaged outside the warranty window may also be returned to Arometrix for repair at a time and materials rate. Should you encounter an issue with your unit, do NOT ship any unit for repair without an RMA #. Please first email Arometrix at brains@arometrix.com with a request for a Repair. We will issue an RMA number and email you a decontamination form to fill out. Once this is complete, the unit should be shipped to the following address (NOT our corporate address in MD).

Notes on RMA shipping: Units that are returned for repair should include all cables, sensors, and power supplies, as shipped. Also, the RMA# should be included, as well as a short description of the service/repair that is needed. Cost of the inbound shipment is always paid by the customer. If the repair does indeed fall under warranty, Arometrix will pay for 2 day shipping back to the customer; however, if it does not, the customer must pay for the return shipping. Returns are typically evaluated within seventy-two hours and repairs are performed as needed.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

Arometrix offers a 30-day money back satisfaction guarantee. This 30-day grace period starts from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the performance of the unit within this window, or if you decide to cancel your order, Arometrix will issue an RMA. The cost of the inbound shipment is always paid by the customer. For returned units, Arometrix will grant the 100% refund once the unit has been received and inspected for damage. Please note that if the unit is damaged then the refund will not be given in full; this is determined on a case-by-case basis.
