New Technical Support Experience

To ensure a more efficient and coordinated technical support experience, Arometrix no longer accepts technical support inquiries through its phone system. As of 2021, we now manage technical support requests through emails/form submissions. This new method allows our customers the capability to send us an image or video of their issue, which helps us to better help you, ultimately resulting in faster, easier troubleshooting.


NOTE: If necessary, Arometrix may contact you to schedule a call with one of our technicians; however, tech support calls are only by appointment and upon approval from management.
